Unfortuantely, I only discovered the missing pages as the 90 day warranty period ran out. All I’m trying to do is find any route to try to raise this issue with Corel now that my 90 days has ran out. As far as I can see this Forum seems to be the one and only route assuming someone from Corel reads these threads. Help from anyone in Corel would be much appreciated, even it is only to tell me how I can raise a complaint.
I’m sorry to hear that this wasn’t noted in the documentation and I’ve sent this thread to the Product Management group so they can better understand your concern. So basically once an end user becomes familiar with a software application they often tend to stick with it, rather than have to relearn some other application even if the other is a lot cheaper.
Basically, if you look at this from a customers point of view. If I reluctantly spend more money I expected to get something extra in return Win8 support. No customer expects to spend more to get less. It comes across strongly as Corel only viewing the changes from a company point of view, and not from a customers’ point of view. Unfortunately, when a company makes that huge failing it is often a slippery slope to the end, as they are inward focussed rather than customer focussed.
To reinforce the latter point about being inward focussed:- try getting an independent person to start with my issue, and see how far they can get at raising it with Corel i.
Every avenue you try to phone requires you to be within 90days. Plus there is no online chat available with Corel Tech support, unlike several other software companies offer. Also there is nowhere you can e-mail Corel about a bug. After 90 days it is as if Corel no longer exists except on here. It is as if Corel is happy to wash their hands of you. That is what I meant by no longer being customer centric.

Now use the shape tool to bring the left side shadow edge inward to meet the edge of the black outline. Might even create a white rectangle at the bottom edge and set it behind the shadows ensuring to give a little extra coverage toward the bottom.
Now select it all and save as jpg. Keep in mind jpg will only work if this is to be on a white background. I’d try and find out why jpg is a requirement. Png can actually be a smaller file size than a jpg. Yeah, no kidding. JPEG is for photos, not graphics like that. Yeah a proper web dev would just float the transparent bkg pink over the top of the blue.

Hello cbeagle; like Diane said why not down load and store on a CD or something incase you change your mind after you can’t get them anymore. But that doesn’t mean the flag will stop popping up, but if it didn’t I’d call Corel and ask how to turn it off, because I’m not sure myself. It seems you have not registered your product online. If you are not seeing the Registration option then probably you have registered the product and ignored the popup when you registered.

Download and delete, if you want. I have a feeling that downloading them will make the message go away. As others have said, why NOT download them? They are free. Plus they do a lot of cool stuff if you decide to install them.
