Heck, my fist oscilloscope was analog, weighted about 25 pounds and had one channel with 1 MHz bandwidth. Sure, it had an external sync input which I used may be two times in 10 years or so and mains sync which I think I never used Let’s get back to this one The software is indeed the weakest link here. It is not for the electrically stupid. Want AC coupling, go to your parts drawer and pull out a kv cap and put it between the center lead on the probe and the object you are measuring.
I can look at the ripple on any dc power supply doing this. The m per div vertical may be a bit inadequate for tiny signals but you will clearly see the noise. Virtually any measurement can be managed if you set up the front end properly.

Building OpenHantek from source The preferred way to run OpenHantek is to build it from source on your system, especially under Linux.
