Jonathan Grooms. Hello, 3 Days ago my outlook stopped sending emails. I am using IMAP. It is through a Rackspace account. I am using Windows 10 I have setup a new profile in outlook. I have disabled Add-ons I have uninstalled Office and reinstalled it.
I continue to have the same problem and I am not sure what to do. Any help would be appreciated. This thread is locked. I downloaded a recovery tool from Microsoft and it wouldn’t recognize my email address the one I always use. Then I check further. I send myself a testing email and it will not send. I look and get this error message of can’t find server.

Before you take any drastic measures, make sure that you have checked the Junk folder in Outlook.
