Rohn MVP. Please confirm you are talking about the 1-computer Office local install license as opposed to the Office Pro license.
If it is the local install license, you are out of luck. You have to access the computers to uninstall. IE re-install Windows and use a tool to wipe the freespace. Many places that receive computer donations will do the wipe for you. Ask them.
